- Mtandika Mission in Tanzania. Sister Barberina was headmistress of Mtandika primary school in central Tanzania until she had to retire. For the last five years she has been involved in building a Vocational Trade School in Mtandika, as well as raising funds for the secondary education of orphans and poor children in the village. For further details contact Michael or Mary Agius at meagius@gmail.com or maryagius@gmail.com

- Fr Victor Onwukieme is Rector of a Nigerian seminary who visits the parish annually. His sermons and illustrations of the hugely different challenges and rewards of working in Nigeria are revelatory. He works at the The National Missionary Seminary of St Paul, Gwagwalada, Abuja, Nigeria. The institution has no shortage of seminarians and is doing a marvellous work but, as may be imagined, is always in search of funds:- www.mspfathers.org
- The Community of St John, established recently in France, has number of supporters in the Parish with a particular interest in the Mission at Pondicherry in South India. For those interested in finding out more go to :- http://www.stjean.com/EN/Jeu_accueil.php
